Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the engineering services, digital platforms, or consultation offerings provided by W3VJTECH ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client" or "User") and W3VJTECH. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates effective upon posting to this page.

2. Service Terms

Engagement Scope

All engineering projects are governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW). W3VJTECH commits to delivering excellence within the defined parameters.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime on all digital infrastructure we manage, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during maintenance.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provision of accurate and timely documentation required for project execution.
  • Maintenance of secure access credentials for all shared collaborative platforms.
  • Adherence to payment schedules as outlined in individual service contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary software tools used by W3VJTECH in the delivery of services remain the sole property of W3VJTECH.

Work Product

Ownership of specific custom-coded deliverables will transfer to the Client upon final payment, unless otherwise specified.

Usage License

W3VJTECH grants the Client a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use any integrated proprietary modules for the intended purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

W3VJTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

4.2

Our aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to W3VJTECH during the twelve months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Jurisdiction of our Corporate Headquarters, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
